I have been making for my vtm campaign, Baltimore by Night, where the Anarchs have taken the city for themselves but now have to deal with the inner conflicts that could leave weak to attack. Here we have Anastasia Farrell one of the joint Barons of the Reds who's faction is rumored to be a communist cult, is that true or sheer slander? That's something my players will have to find out!
